Hi all, Harjeet Arora seems to be an enlightened soul. I had my Blackberry Bold LCD damaged and took it to him for repairs. He made me sit next to his chair and was listening to some music which I had not heard ever. For a while I though he is crazy then slowly I realized that it is too hypnotic music. In 15 minutes he replaced my LCD and I was in some kinda trans, I was deep asleep listening to music. He seems to be magician. He ROXXXXXXXXXX.

If it was not TT blog on the net, I would have really LOST MY FAITH IN APPLE PRODUCTS. I had my iPhone 3 G not working and then also 80 GB Video iPod dead for a long time. There is no support from APPLE INDIA in whatsoever manner required. I read on TT blog about Harjeet Arora and tried contacting him, I took little time to get to talk to him directly. After I spoke to and took both the gadgets across to him... I swear he was too honest to tell me the problem. My iPhone was damaged due to rains in Mumbai and iPod had dead Hard disk. This HARJEET ARORA, THE GADGET BOY ROCXXXXXXXXXXXX GUYS. I recently bought a Blackberry from UK. Here in Bombay while I was commuting it feel down and broke in to 3 - 4 pcs. All I did is picked the pieces and broken LCD back home and had to buy another Blackberry. A friend of mine who works for AIRTEL in Bombay told me about the GADGET BOY, he read about him in TT and got his iPod repaired. I went to him and he did the magic... My experience with Mr. Harjeet Arora is very disappointing.I had sent an ipod for repairs - Mr. Arora informed he will keep the instrument for diagonsis for 2 days and then let me know the cost of repairs and if I approve he will do the repairs, if not he will charge Rs.500/- towards diagonsis charges. I agreed and given the ipod. After 2 days he told me that there was problem with the battery and he replaced it and also done some other repairs and total charges were Rs.2400/- which I paid. However, to my surprise when the instrument was received, it was not getting detected on laptop. When I enquired, he said I did not test the instrument for that fault. I fail to understand how a mechanic fail to test the ipod for the basic defect, because all the ipods are to be connected to laptop for any function or even for charging. Now he says there is problem with mother board and I have to shell out Rs.3000/- plus for a new mother board or Rs.1600/- for a second hand. The total repair cost itself will be more than the cost of a new ipod. I seem to be cheated by this gentleman who make tall claims of i-pod repairer. Beware. This Hrjeet Arora is a 100% Fraud, He had Taken my 40GB Ipod and Had Taken 3200Rs for servicing but till now havent returned my Ipod. I have spend more than 500Rs for calling him and SMS'ing him. After getting the money he never picks up my call. He is a FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! 100% FRAUD!!!

Hi All, I am an actor (will not revel name now), I bought many Gadgets from 'The Gadget Boy' Inorbit mall, Malad. First of all he is toooo reasonable in price and second thing he offers good services. I had (by mistake) bought one PS-2 from store next to him. It got spoiled in 30 days and that 'Jumbo' guy there refused to recognize me (though I am popular figure on TV), he said he can't remember that he sold the PS2 to me. Hey folks this guys Harjeet Arora - The Gadget Boy of Mumbai City RoKKKKKKs... He is too good. I am Preeti Singh from Mumbai and had dropped my iPhone in my water tub. Like a fool I tried switching it on and it DIED... now I had no resort but to use it as paper weight... Other day while surfing the net I found this artcile on TT. Therafter I called him and he said to bring iPhone to him. Ohh God he is like a wizard, he opened it right before me showed me where all water had settled. He changes the whole LCD panel and cleaned the mother-board and connectors.... gosh I cudn't believe my eyes... after 1/2 an hour my iPhone started working... Dear Harjeet, I recntly brought external USB charger for my daughter IPOD, 1st time when she connected for charging it did not charge but seems have disturbed something in IPOD and she lost all the music from IPOD only few songs in ON GO list remains, she connected the IPOD to Itune and go message to 'RESTORE', she did same and downloaded software and after downloading itune asked her to attach IPOD to external charging source, and IPOD is diplaying externalcharging symbol, however after keeping it for almost 8-10 hrs. for external charging IPOD is not starting. Can u help me with this problem.

I bought click wheel 4 years back, then I bought 30 GB Video after it died completely. Then my 30GB Video stop working and finally I started looking for someone who could help me repairing these iPods as I didnt want to spend more money. I appreciate Harjeet Arora and his work. He repaired by iPod at a very resonable cost and quickly. Infact I was in major problem when it got damaged within 15 days of my purchase and when I took it to APPLE they refused to repair as it had physical damage. Then I searched all around at Laminghton rd., Musafirkhana etc. I found no one who could repair. One fine day as I was surfing net, I went on Google and searched for iPod repairer in India, to my suprise I found Gadget Boy, Harjeet Arora. Then I called him and met him in Andheri. He repaired and replaced its LCD which broke while it fell down. I must say in his praise that he did my work and saved my money as I thought that I have lost my iPod forever.

Hey this is John Noah from Manchester, UK. I had recently come to INDIA on an official tour. I had Apple iPhone which while connecting Auxillary died. I searched for Apple service centre and they refused to take up the job. I read about this 'Gadget Boy'. I went to meet him and he found out that its Motherbaord is dead. He had 1 more iPhone from Chennai with same fault. Though Gadget boy could not repair but he helped me in knowing the real problem. On returning to UK I went to Apple but they did nothing to help me. Hey man this seems to be great discovery, I read about this Gadget Boy on Tech Tree while I was in LA and me belongs to Bombay, India. WHen I came from LA and was wanting to get my iPod repaired, I got surpised that this man Harjeet Arora is from Lokhandwala, Andheri (W), Mumbai and me too live there. When I went to see him he turned out to be my childhood friend and I studied with him. I am not boasting but he is born intelligent and has great memory. If he see something being made or opened or repaired, he memorizes quikly and reverses the whole process and goes back or unwind his memory. Since childhood he was like this. He unwinds his most of the things and goes to the bottom or centre of everthing. He did same with iPod or other electronics and became master of learning. Hats off Harjeet S Arora - WE LOVE YOU.

This is way one should be... I met Gadget Boy last Friday in Mumbai to get my 2 iPods repaired. Let me tell you what ever I had heard about him was true to the core. He is too good technician and too moody also and good looking too. He was constantly on mobile talking to various clients while repairing but still did my work very passionaltely. He is a very creative man and that I could see from his nature and he would suggest most the iPod users to first trying solving the problems at their end and incase iPod does not work them send it to him. It may be surpricing but 30 to 40% problems he solved on telephone and helped iPod users. He is helpful but does not takek any shit from anyone. He is the best one I have seen so far...

Hello Friends, I was totally confused after reading a few guys online and then finally called up Gadget Boy to get my iPod 30 GB & old iPod mini. Sincerely this did it very nicely and neatly. He is very straight forward and cool (oops Hot)... As I am from Technical brackground myself. all i know is repairing is very difficult and creative job. would not like to let down others but it is a truth that this 'Gadget Boy' is tooo good a repairer of 'gadgets'. Only thing I noticed is he doesnt take the repairs easily in hand because he is super busy, but what so ever is takes in hand does it very well. I appreciate his approach as it refines those wasting time. He makes these things with heart and thats the reason does not involve in much of fuss. Great Mr. Gadget Boy, you are good.

I must say if true WIZKID is there in India so far GADGETS REPAIRINGS is concerned it is only GADGET BOY. He knows his business tooooo well and never reacts to the bad name, which is a nasty work of his rivals, and belives in doing. Gadget Boy repairs almost all gadgets and freaks out his work. One bad thing is he is too moody and second bad thing is he would not repairs things for you if he is troubled constantly by someone. He loves to remain in isolation, peace and focussed on his work. BIG thanks to TT for intorducing to GADGET BOY... my home, car and office GADGETS run without any more problems because of GADGET BOY. I own ipods, x-box, laptop, car stereo of Blaupunkt and 'Bang & Olefsun' home theatre and mobile. He passionately services them that too before my eyes at my home... Bravo!!! This is what I was looking for. This F*****r AFSHIN is scaring everyone about 'Gadget Boy'. I got all my iPods repaired from him on Saturday, he didn't mind repairing them before me and did it a few hours of time and lemme tell you all this is toooooo good, straight forward and reasonable. This is how rivals can really screw up someones image, this man named as Harjeet Arora is thoroughly gem, genius and honest. I had my PSP and iPod both konked up. I read these idoits on net and decided to catch all these people but they all were aweful and tried to mislead me. Finally I approach Arora and he reapaired in 7-8 days and charged me too reasonable. He is too blunt and straight in his talks and highly moody fellow. If he wants he can do it in 2 days and if he is in bad mood then takes days. He is tooooo honest no matter what these idiot rivals may say...

My iPod was dead and while repairing my self I suddenly broke its LCD I took My 30GB ipod Video to Harjeet and he said the LCD was 2200/- If the deadness was due to Mother Board, then new MB was 3500/- but MB cant be dead this soon as it was bought in Dec 2006. Advanced Video Lab Says they will charge 3500/- for LCD and MB they will test and then say. Another Guy in Royal Palms Goregaon, Mastermind 4, is still diagnosing it and has not told me the estimate. My dad has given me 2000/- only and I am in lack of money as my business was stopped since my Engg. exams was On. So I am having a dead Ipod Since 1 month Can any one help me ? Arora is great, he takes lot of time to repair, my mp3 is player is with him for last 6 months, waiting him to successfully repair and return. He has some problem with its spares. Hopefully he will find the spares soon.

I totally set aside the comments passed by this woman. All I know that 'Gadget Boy' had some tragic death of his family member and he was in very sad state of mind. He is tooooooooooooo honest, candid and straight in his business. Dont do all this to tarnish his image. He helped me when I broke LCD screen of my Laptop and he fixed it just for 12,000 whereas sony was quoting 25,000 Rs. This woemn is jerk and doing it deliberatley.

This is guy is bloody little idiot and a fraud. My son gave this guy my psp to repair and he gave me back( we had to force him) a completely broken piece and the things the were working before were not working now. Before it was at least turning on and the keys were working) the only problem was the the right button key and it was not reading umd's) but after the repair nothing was working. It was not even charging! This guy also stole my 32mb memory card that was in the psp and is now not even recieving the phone call. I warn all of you not to go this moron's shop and get your stuff broken.

Hey thanks TT for introducing and Gadget Boy for helping. I read about him in TT and went to InOrbit Mall for iPod problem. I learnt that one Apple store is also there so went there to check if I could get their help.... these I****s had no courtesy to even attend properly. It took me by surpirse that how Apple appointed them franchisee... they are spoiling name of Apple. later I approached Gadget Boy and they were too good, he took my iPod and said that he will give it back after 2 weeks due to work. After 1 day he informed that my iPod is still under warranty and if I approach Apple Care Centre in Bandra they will help without taking any charges. I met Mr. Sreekar who was as honest the 'Gadget Boy' and with his help I got new iPod, that too without shelling out a penny. I today's world no one helps without money but these two people proved that they are offbeat. APPLE PLEASE GET SUCH PEOPLE IN FRONT AND THROW YOUR I****S FRANCHISEE'S OUT.....

Thanks TT for introducing me to this man know as 'Gadget Boy'. Actually I read about this man and asked him if he could repair my X-Box, as its wireless remotes were not funtioning propely. He took it and called me after 2 days and informed that neither the console nor the remote are faulty, he informed that due to moist a layer has been created and corrosion was causing some short in the circuit. He applied some cleaning agent on it and it started working properly. So far payment was concerned he just took 750 from me as it consumed his much of time. He then informed that he has a chemical, if applied on the mother baord and circuit board or connectors, it prevent them from forming corroision over it and enhances the life of the electronics devices. He informed that all those people living near sea or coastal area must apply this as these areas are very prone to mosit and corrosion. Thanks TT for all info and thanks 'Gadget Boy' for your help.

when I read about the so-called 'Gadget Boy' and everyone was boasting so high about him, I thought why the hell everyone is talking toooo much about this guy, so I decided to see for myself. I had a 20 GB Click wheel model, which was rejected by apple to even repair. I took it to this 'Gadget Boy' on Saturday, he first said I will have to shell out approx. 2750, as it appears from outside that my iPod's hard-disk is dead but he said if I leave the iPod he will analyze and get back. So I left my iPod with my mobile number with him. He called Sunday morning and said that nothing much has happened. He informed that Hard-disk is fine, Mother board is fine, only some connector was loose inside the iPod (I must admit that once my iPod had felt down from my running bike) he said even batteries are fine but will work for some time. The estimate he gave was shocking, he charged just Rs. 275/- for opening and closing the iPod and for connecting loose contact. I could not believe my luck, as I was ready to shell out even upto 3000 but he honestly didn't cheat me and didn't over charge. Thanks TT and 'Gadget Boy' and InOrbit Mall to have such nice store.

Hey guys, I read about this man from InOrbit, who repairs iPods, through TT and approached him with my 2 non-working iPods (20 GB Click wheel & 30GB Video), co-incidentally I saw APPLE store close to him, so I approached them before I approached him. I showed them the iPods and they were unable to help and said I wil have to buy new iPod, in order to enjoy music, I requested them if they could be of any help but one 'baldy' there was lil rude and acted as if he was 'Steve Jobs' himself. Anyways, I approached this guy named as Harjeet Arora, he was too polished and replied to the point. After seeing my iPods he told me the real problems with them. 20 GB iPod was having just dead batteries and he replaced for me in flat one working day, and second one 30 GB iPod had Mother Board problem, he fixed that within 3 days, after getting new mother board from China. He charges Rs. 2750 for motherboard and also changed back plate for 900 and made my iPod work and look like new brand piece. Thank you TT for introducing us to this 'Gadget Boy', he is good looking too and while showing my mobile to him, I clicked his picture.... Nice 'Gadget Boy'

This man from 'Gadget Boy', InOrbit Mall, is a real WIZ-KID, he repaired my iPod mini in just about 11 minutes, which I was using as a paper weight. His charges are too low and serives are very good. After 2 days my son broke his PSP , I again brought this to him and in just about 4 hours time he repaired and billed me just 700 Rs., I could not believe how come he is doing by keeping such a profile. If I was in my country (i.e. UK) I would have been easily charged no less then 75 to 100 pounds each visit and repairs. Thanks to Tech Tree and Harjeet Arora from Gadget Boy, I promise I will send more and more people to this man, as he sounds rational and is too honest.
