UTV has acquired an 80% stake in True Games Interactive, a US-based online game publishing startup based in California, with a total investment of $75 millions.
UTV has acquired 80% stake in True Games Interactive, a US-based online game publishing startup based in California. UTV s board has approved total $75 millions total investment in various gaming aspects. True Games is heavily involved in the MMORPG model and has recently struck deal with the award-winning development studio Petroglyph, who worked on Star Wars: Empire at War and Universe at War series.
