The Last Guy mixes elements of the most popular cell phone game, namely Snake, adds a touch of Pac-Man to it, and provides maps of various cities across the world.
Most gamers will agree that downloadable titles like Super Star Dust, Echochrome, Bionic Commando, Prince of Persia(XBLA) are as popular as other big budget titles or even more. These games are simple, yet highly addictive, and one such title is live right now on the PSN, called The Last Guy. It's very hard to describe The Last Guy, as it breaks away from all traditional gaming concepts and delivers a completely different experience. Let me break it up for you - remember those ads where half the city starts following one guy in a straight line, dancing to his fancy new music phone. Now imagine the city is infested with meat-eating zombies and it's your duty to guide them to safety. That's the basic gameplay of the TLG. The game has been designed by JapanStudio (Sony) but features many Indian elements. A viral campaign was used to promote the game, apparently the game has been made available to us by the Hindustan Electronics company, and is situated in the Himalayas. The game also features Hindi quotes, and these are really hilarious.
