The goodness of fiber-optics, without the actual fiber
Consider three facts: one, that we're relying on WiMax to be the future of Internet connectivity. And why not? Getting connected to WiMax networks is almost as easy as getting connected to the cell phone network--just get someone to erect a tower, buy the hardware, and you're ready to go. In this broadband deprived country of ours, it's the fastest way to get people connected without investing in those infinite miles of cabling. Two, that the maximum speed you can get on a WiMax connection (in a practical scenario) is in the 10 Mbps range. Three, Internet users in Scandinavian countries take gigabit speeds for granted. Gigabit. The average bandwidth per person in Sweden is 1 Gbps.
Obviously, there's plenty of bandwidth to be had, but if WiMax is our future, we aren't having it. This won't do at all.
But take heart. The eggheads at research and development firm Batelle are experimenting with high frequency signals (60-100 GHz, compared to Wi-Fi's 2.4) to carry data at speeds approaching 20 Gbps. This manna is called millimeter-wave technology, and may be our only hope to ridiculously fast broadband. The waves travel on high-power lasers, which ensures that they don't fluctuate as much as other attempts at millimeter-wave tech.
in india the price os net is so expensive.the average speed of broadband is 128 kpbs, really god knows when we will get better broadband plans for cheap

umm, wtf are you on? being swedish, i'm pretty sure your numbers are wrong.. 10 or 100 mbps isn't that uncommon, but 1gbps is well, just more than anyone is willing to pay for.
