Adopts 'humanized approach' to offer technology-related content
Techtree.com, the No.1 consumer technology website in India*, believes that technology needs to be simplified for everyone. With this belief, it has adopted a 'humanized approach' to offer technology-related content. To start with, users will be able to experience this effort through a new logo and menu.
The humanized approach will help Techtree readers across the world, tech-savvy or not, to catch up with the pace of technology through breaking news stories, features on technology-trends, and product reviews by experts - all presented in a lucid manner.
Techtree's new logo employs a softer font with a catchy green color - a shade symbolizing Techtree's support for the IT industry's gradual shift towards creating environment-friendly products. The logo also clearly showcases Techtree's relationship with its parent company, UTV.
Further, the newly introduced 'The Best of the Best' menu is based on the website's ideology held aloft by three pillars - Discover. Compare. Recommend. A plethora of choices is showcased with categorization, reviews and a price vs. performance rating as well. This feature will be constantly updated with new products as and when they arrive at the market.
TN Prabhu, CEO, UTV New Media Ltd, explained, "The novel menu offers the reader a single, user-friendly platform where they can Discover new gadgets , Compare their features, and finally get product Recommendations by experts as well as users. It is aimed to help the reader make an informed choice when looking to purchase gadgets. It helps the user to choose a product based on Price, lifestyle, gender and other criteria."
"For instance, a reader may be a working woman, wanting to buy a good music phone or a laptop. She can discover her choice from the models listed in the navigation menu under various categories. She can then compare the model she shortlists and make a final choice of product based on recommendations by Test Lab experts and user reviews," Prabhu added.
With over 1.3 Million unique users visiting the site each month, the above mentioned changes and features will result in faster and smarter choices for the buyers, and better brand perception in the minds of technology enthusiasts and clients.

Your new Logo is Dull, shabby and unipressiv. The design is very normal and doesn't have any logo appeal. The outlined black is too thick and gradient factor is totally poor. Overall the Logo is poor.
