The phone sports 2GB music storage with the capacity to store up to 1,800 songs, a 3.2 mega pixels camera, and a Walkman player 3.0 with one-click access and simple intuitive navigation -- among others.
Sony Ericsson yesterday introduced the latest addition to its Walkman series, the W890 Walkman phone, for which, the company has exclusively tied up with RPG Cellucom Stores, it said.
In keeping with the Walkman phone tradition, the W890 too, is a stylish phone with mega bass and stereo-widening speakers, which promises to set music lovers' pulses racing.

Hi, Wat you said is absolutely correct. Songs used to be of size 4-5 MB if the transer rate is 128Kbps. If you reduce this data transfer rate to 64 or 32Kbps the size of the file will be reduced up to 1MB provided the clarity of song will become low.......Hope you got the point. You can vary the transfer rate by a tool provided by sony for al walkman series cell phones.

Boss count of 1800 songs is under consideration of MP4 format no of MP3.

It says 2 MB = 1,800 songs... means (on an average each song size considered is 1.11 MB).... to my understanding normal songs have size of 4-5 MB.... means 2GB = 500 songs (of average 4 MB size)... Request 'experts' to validate, if my understaning and calculation is correct....
