Seagate Adds 11 SeaCare Centers

Seagate has expanded its network to 43 SeaCare service centers and has launched a mobile van service in Delhi and Mumbai.
Hard disk drive maker Seagate Technology announced that it has expanded its network of SeaCare service centers to 43.
The 11 new centers added are in class 'B' and 'C' cities - Jammu, Dehradun, Ludhiana, Shimla, Karnal, Agra, Jodhpur, Surat, Patna, Goa and Bhopal.
It also announced the launch of two mobile service vans, which will provide customer support services at the main tech-markets in New Delhi and Mumbai.
"We are pleased with the success of our SeaCare centers and their
establishments as we continue to add value to our support services to better serve Indian users of our hard drives," said Sharad Srivastava, Country Manager for Seagate in India. "With a view to enhancing the total quality of the Seagate experience, we will augment our post-sales support and enhance our current service program," he added.
According to Seagate, the SeaCare centers provide responsive after-sales services, ease of access to warranty support and disk drive replacement to end-users in India. The centers are manned by Seagate trained staff and offer support consistently across the country.

The funniest thing is that if you search for Seagate service centre in google all you get is hyped up talk and boasts about it many service centres but no numbers - Now try that with any other company and you get a hit in 1.
