Samsung is the worst brand when it comes to providing a good after sale service to the consumers. Anyone who wishes to purchase any product of this brand should be ready to face the mental & physical harassment by their impolite and irresponsible service personnels. In my case the service center had replaced the PBA and my handset IMEI no. was changed but the service center refused to give any document mentioning that PBA was changed at the service center. These service centers are using repaired PBA received from other complaints for replacement. In absence of any document why should anyone accept handset with differnt IMEI. Who knows that the different IMEI was used by which person. This is a very dangerous situation keeping in view of series of terror attacks in the country. I request the ministry to ban this brand from doing business in India if they continue to fool their customers and put them at risk like this.

Hi, i am using CRT monitor (Samtron 56V), the On-Screen Display (OSD) is being displayed permanently on my screen, even though i press the Exit button of the monitor the OSD is being shown permanently, and some times it is displayed as "Control Lock -- Locked" and "Control Lock -- Unlocked" even though i dont operate any keys of the moniter. Attn : Mr Kun-Hee Lee Chairman, SAMSUNG INDIA Have just shifted to delhi and was setting up home. After a careful analysis of the market place and the products available, zeroed in on Samsung products to take care of my requirements But the experience so far has been horrible. Around 15th april 2008 bought 3 Samsung ACs and 1 Samsung Refrigerator.....within a month of purchase I have had to call the Samsung service centre 10 times due to some problem or the other in the refrigerator.( Gurgaon service centre complaint reference number 8407182108 )... Its very disheartening and sad when one has spent so much money on a brand new product and within a month we need to start calling the service centre. It is understandable that any equipment at any point of time can give problems. The issue is not that. it is how a consumer problem is understood and solved . In this case after so many complaints it is but natural that my faith in the product has eroded. I have therefore asked the company to give me a replacement, as i cant have a new product giving me so many problems.... Its sad and unfortunate that despite having bought so many products from Samsung in one go, there response has been vague and non committal....they have just wasted my time and energy,,,,the response from the service centre has been a constant "we will get back to you". this has been going on for the past 3 weeks without any concrete results. I am surprised that a company of the stature of Samsung has such a poor service track record in place I am hoping that this mail reaches you so that you are made aware of the problems being faced by a customer which could lead to bad word of mouth and erode the credibility of brand "Samsung" Uday Mohan +91 9910228465

Hello , I am Ananda Chakraborty.I am not at all happy with your service team .I have purchased total Samsung productt in my home starting from AC to Refrigerator.But the service that i am getting is really harassing.I have received a SMS in my mobile -9830246077 on 5.4.2008 that Samsung presents free Service Camp for AC from 5-4 Apr' 08.Immediately i have booked & from there i have got a number-8401867743 & i have specifically mentioned that lady that i am available only in Sat & Sun & 5th & 6th Apr is sat & sun so send somebody between this two dates & she has confirmed that somebody will be coming in Sunday-Apr'08 & before coming somebody will call.But nobody has turned up neither any call though i was waiting for them.Today morning one gentleman called up & told that they can come only today otherwise call will be cancelled.Is it a threat kind of thing or something else
