Roomba = Wii Balance Board + Vacuum Cleaner

The Roomba allows Japanes hacker-inventor Ron Tajima to vacuum clean his home using the Wii Balance Board.
The Wii Balance Board strikes again.
This time the Balance Board has been hacked with a robot-vacuum cleaner to perform daily household chores by merely surfing on Wii Balance Board. Ron Tajima, a Japanese national, has exploited the Wii Balance Board's Bluetooth capabilities with Roomba, a robot-like vacuum cleaner, which performs cleaning tasks.
Tajima installed a Bluetooth-Serial adapter on the Roomba vacuum cleaner and then controlled the automatic Roomba with the Wii Balance Board. Tajima controls Roomba by front and back motion on the Balance board for cleaning the room.
Wii Fit's Balance Board indeed is turning out to be a DIY solution-maker. While the Wii Balance Board's DIY solutions sure make life easier for some owners, one wonders how this fits in with one their USPs - Wii Fitness.
