Rashi Peripherals has announced the launch of its multimedia PC speaker promotion, called the "Rashi Audio Mela".

This promotion will cover 25 cities, with the first being held at Lamington Road, Mumbai.
Rajesh Goenka, div head, Rashi Peripherals, said, "Rashi Audio Mela will position Rashi as an Audio Specialist in Multi Media PC Speakers. This Mela will showcase participation of Altec Lansing, Edifier & Ozaki."
With regards to the brand positioning Goenka said, "Altec Lansing is positioned for high end customers with higher affordability, Edifier as high end quality conscious customers with lesser affordability and Ozaki as easily affordable and an excellent range."
The first Mela will be at Mumbai on April 11 and then in Pune on April 13. The Mela will feature more than 30 products on demo and display, including speakers, headsets, headphones and portables.
The "Rashi Audio Mela" will be held in two phases, with the first phase covering West and South India and the second covering North and East India. Some of the other cities being covered by the Mela are Indore, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Trivendrum, Cochin, Calicut, Chennai, Madurai and Vizag.
