"Unlimited Free STD" will be offered on all Reliance-to-Reliance calls, both STD and local.

Close on the heels of Airtel slashing roaming, STD tariffs, Reliance Communications too has announced a similar value add -- Unlimited Free STD calls -- to be made available to existing and new Reliance subscribers across post-paid, pre-paid, and hello fixed wireless plans.
"Unlimited Free STD" will be offered on all Reliance-to-Reliance calls, both STD and local. The service will cost post-paid Reliance mobile customers Rs 440 per month and pre-paid customers Rs 496 per month -- both rentals inclusive of service taxes). It will cost Reliance Hello customers Rs 525 per month.
Speaking on the occasion, S P Shukla, president of Reliance Communications, said, "Our announcement of 'Unlimited Free STD' will permanently re-define customer calling habits and abolish state borders - this is One India, in true essence and spirit."

Go for tata indicom honest 450 plan they will charge you rs 450+service tax. and the indicom srvice is available in jammu too.

I have a requirement for unlimited std plans for DELHI to JAMMU & KASHMIR. But I come to know that CDMA facility is not available at JAMMU & KASHMIR. So please suggest if there is any unlimited plan for us.

Previosly RIM to SMART calling was available in 440 unlimited postpaid plan which is now 770.. but the RIM to SMART free facility is terminated from 18th aug 2009. but its available for R-GSM in rest part of india where SMART services are not available.

Reliance pre paid 496 plan had been changed to 550 rs but nw this plan is again changed n is nw available for rs 990 having rel to rel std n local free unlimited calling. N reliance post paid plan of rs 440 is no more available bt rs 770 is available n another plan of rs 995 is available both having rel to rel cdma std n local unlimited calling.. Rs 995 is a roaming free plan n it also hv free unlimited callin between any reliance ph. To any reliance ph. Or landline... I hv used both pre paid n post paid plans currently using post paid 770..

Relince discontinue Std 496/- calling card but the prepaid cust. who hs validity.is stil able to continue this plan. Just recharge ur ac by 496/- on or before last day of Validity.thn only u r abl to kp continue this plan. I did same. it was told by my vender.

why this 496 free std plan is closed without any information...just 2 days back i bought new phone and got to know that this plan is suddenly closed...this is really cheating customers and playing with their trust..was it just a business strategy to bring sales of third class reliance classic up!

I have been using reliance india std call card 496 plan . Now it has been closed by reliance india without evey any information and when i went to get recharged the shopkeeper told it has been closed . Now i am waiting for reliance to reopen it .

The information about the UNLIMITED STD prepaid voucher, in reliance MOBILE it completely true. This is available only through e-recharge. The information about post-paid reliance MOBILE is completely false as there is no such scheme that I have heard. I even contacted reliance customer care, even they said that there's no such plan in postpaid mobile. And about the HELLO(postpaid landline) thing, it is partially true. They have re-introduced the unltd. std plan but that's for Rs.999 per month and since last month they are giving Rs550 talktime free. This talktime can be used for calling on any phone in India other than reliance. The call rate in this plan is flat Rs.1 per minute. But the local call can be reduced to 50Paise per minute by paying an extra rent of rs49 per month. So this way you get total 1100 local minutes offnet free...of 550 minutes STD free...or a mixture of both accordingly. This is the best plan according to me coz the EFFECTIVE RENT is only rs.449(after deducting the free calling they give you). So guys, thats ths whole story, hope it would help.

It is completely free.... I have clearly mentioned that the STD calling is UNLIMITED. It's completely free...every second of the whole month is free...you can make a call for free anytime of the day

Just now i called up customer care people. they said that 440 plan is available in postpaid, which gives me Reliance mobile to Reliance mobile local and STD free.

It sounds good that the rates for R 2 R local & STD will be nil, but what about the rates for calling on other than reliance network. It will be helpful for us to analize whether we are benefited or not.

it may sound good that reliance is offering reliance mobile to reliance mobile unlimited talk, but at the same time it is charging rs.2.65 for std calls mads to other networks. if compared, other operators may cost too cheaper than reliance. airtel is offering std for Rs.1.50 whereas vodafone and mtnl are offering std for rs.1.30 and 1.75 respectively.

I had taken a reliance connection 4 years back nd stopped using 2 years back. I have that mobile with me . Is it possible to start using this mobile to make use of this offer?

hey it is not started yet, it will start in next few weeks , it good than paying hugh STD bills ... better for ppl having GF ;s in another state . and IT trainees who go to various places and having good amt in there packet

Whatever may be said and done RELIANCE COVERAGE is indisputable!!!!The mantra seems to be simple ' phone is first next is rest' where as other SPs(especially AIR TEL) coverage is the last priority.Now RELIANCE acquired GSM licence also , it should be a bonanza for customers.Manikumar

Can anybody please let me know wherther there is any plan which includes reliance to reliance free STD with cost less than 500/- RS... I havechecked with customer care and there are two plan's of 770 & 995 rs per month. Can any one help me out from this...
