Murderdrome apparently does not conform to Apple's SDK, which states that "content (on the App Store) must NOT offend anyone in 'Apple's reasonable' opinion".
In a move that has given rise to demands for a rating system for apps, Apple banned a supposedly violent application following fears of it containing objectionable material.
The 'violent' app is a comic series called Murderdrome. The violence in question is the depiction of a character decapitating another character with a machete. The head is later used in a handball game.
This apparently does not conform to Apple's SDK, which states that "content (on the App Store) must NOT offend anyone in 'Apple's reasonable' opinion". Agreed. However, users are already complaining about the availability of far more objectionable material on iTunes.
