Manhunt 2 Beta Videos Leaked

Rockstar has confirmed that the upcoming, much controversial title Manhunt 2 Beta has made its way to the web.

The game s Beta port for Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) is available on several torrent sites. This includes various key video sequences from the game, which are partially soundless.

Reports indicate that a team of anonymous hackers might have hacked the game and uploaded the software on the web, thus making it available for download. Over the weekend, a few videos of the game have also appeared on YouTube as well.

Incidentally, Manhunt 2 has been a controversy for a long time now. Earlier, the British Board of Film Censors (BBFC) had given it the Adult Only (AO) rating for being a brutally violent game. This prodded the company to rework on the game, after which it made an appeal to the Video Appeals Committee to overturn BBFC s decision. The game now stands Mature (M) rated.

While the reworked Manhunt 2 will release in the US for Sony PS2 and PlayStation Portable (PSP) handheld, and Nintendo's Console (Wii), it continues to be effectively banned in other parts of the world, including Europe.

yea, great but is it going to be released in the uk, manhunt 2 is like a very violent movie, i watched it on youtube, ya know, when that man is strapped to the table in the underground torcher chamber, very much like hostel. however they banned it due to all the kinky hardcore pervy punishment, now kids cant see that, that is wrong, for adults not a problem but kids cant be seeing that sort of thing regardless on how mature they think they are. but that DOES NOT mean bbfc can ban the game i wish to all parents not to allow thier kids to play this game it will put stuff in thier heads.

God, this site is so crap. The BBFC has nothing to do with the AO rating! The BBFC fully banned the game. The AO rating is what the ESRB in the USA initiallyclassified the game. Geez, do at least 2 30 seconds of research!
