Microsoft is all set to unveil the much-anticipated spherical 'Surface' at the next Financial Analyst Meeting.
ZDnet reports that during Microsoft's annual Research Faculty Summit in Redmond, the company will finally semi-publicly show off the spherical Surface computer that has been rumored for the past few months. The "multi-touch Spherical display", as it is called, has been listed as one of the demos that Microsoft will show off for its Demo Fest attendees next week.
Microsoft had said earlier that future iterations of Microsoft's Surface multi-touch technology will be available as part of next-generation PCs, cellphones, desks, kitchen counters and even walls in consumers' homes over the next five to ten years.
