The MOTOYUVA's Hinglish predictive text1 software based on iTAP includes nearly 30,000 words from the Hindi dictionary.
Finally, it's official! Motorola has today launched its much-awaited MOTOYUVA W180 with 'Hinglish' predictive text.
As in the name MOTOYUVA, the phone targets the 'yuva' or the youth of the country. Its Hinglish predictive text1 software based on iTAP, includes nearly 30,000 words from the Hindi dictionary. Besides, it offers a variety of wallpapers inspired by India's rich cultural heritage -- reminiscent of the country's festivals, tribal art, folklore, filmdom, and so on.
Equipped with a bright, 128 x 128 pixels 65,000 color display, a stereo FM radio, and a speaker phone, the MOTOYUVA W180 is only 14mm thick, and integrates CrystalTalk technology for better speaking and better hearing -- even in noisy environs.
The phone supports up to 500 phone book entries, and up to 750 SMSes. It has a talk time of up to 590 minutes, and a standby time of up to 465 hours. It comes with 20 preloaded ring tones, and three preloaded games, and enables users download polyphonic ring tones. Regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali are supported in addition to Hindi.
MOTOYUVA W180 is available at all MOTOSTOREs and retailers for a best buy price of Rs 1,999 (MRP is Rs 2,150). Meanwhile, the phone has been available on the market since about a month.
