Lexmark Launches the C500n

Lexmark India today launched the Lexmark C500n color laser printer for small and medium business (SMB) customers.

The C500n, with speeds of up to 31 pages per minute (ppm) in monochrome and 8 ppm in color, is targeted at customers who not only require color but also large quantity of black and white print outs.
The C500n comes with networking, so it can be easily shared by several users in a small work group, thereby reducing costs.
Speaking about the new printer, P G Kamath, general manager, Lexmark India, said, "When it comes to value, the C500n is a clear standout. SMB customers are asking for ways to print professional, high-quality color documents in house, and the C500n will deliver at an affordable price."
The new printer gives users the ability to precisely manage and adjust color output to meet their personal preferences, with independent color density control for black, cyan, magenta, and yellow.
It features 1200 x 600 dots per inch (dpi) enhanced quality for printing vivid color photos and graphics, as also a fast, host-based driver to quickly deliver output. The printer is backed by the company's onsite repair warranty.
Lexmark's latest offering is already available in the market at an estimated street price (ESP) of Rs 17,999.
