Lexmark has introduced the "X5470", a feature-packed, four-in-one inkjet with PC-free photo, fax, and copy capabilities targeted at the home office segment.
The X5470 with compact design delivers the workhorse performance with print speed of up to 25 pages per minute (ppm) black and 18 ppm color. It features a 10-sheet automatic document feeder.

Equipped with Lexmark's exclusive Fast Pics and Imaging Studio Software, X5470 will enable users to enhance, print, and manage photos easily. Users can also create borderless 4-by-6 inch photos via memory cards or PictBridge cameras, or else work directly from a memory card to print a photo proof sheet by selecting images and scanning the proof sheet to print the photo selections.
Also, the X5470 can create stunning six-color photos at resolutions of up to 4,800 x 1,200 dots-per-inch on photo paper with an optional photo cartridge.
Additionally, it features the Lexmark Web Toolbar, which can be used to print only what the user needs from the Web. The toolbar formats Web pages automatically to fit on a standard page without cropping and losing text, with few clicks.

I have a lexmark x 215 printer. Now B/W cartridge is being used in the same. I would like to know wether colour cartridge can be used in the printer. Also I want to know about the dealers in Kerala and Tamil Nadu especially near to Palakkad District. Also please let me know the cost of the cartridges.

It uses its ink up too fast! Making the purchase of ink every week. You might get 10 copies printed before it runs out.

1) I would like more details about this printer or any latest printers - laser or inkjet which will haved low cost per page printing. Most of my printing will be text based.
2) Are there any services centres here in Belgaum?
3) What would be the cost per page for b&W printing.
