The music streaming website gets a new look and a native iPhone app
Last.fm, the music streaming site that everybody loves, just got a facelift and a few tucks. Matthew Ogle of Last.fm unveiled the new look and the features that make up the new site assuring that, "[...] we haven't taken much away [noting that some missing pieces will make an appearance in a few weeks], just re-organised." In addition to the design refresh, Last.fm is also branching on to mobile devices, specifically, the iPhone. The website has released a free native app for the iPhone that can stream any of the songs from the Last.fm library of 5+ million titles. The app also reproduces some of the website's key features by recommending songs and giving access to your favourite tracks and artists.
