LG KC910 -- 8MP Cameraphone

This 8 megapixel mobile phone is herald to 10MP phones that can record and edit HD videos
For all those sick of the crappy CMOS sensors which generally go hand-in-hand with cellphones, there's good news -- the megapixel war is all set to invade your mobile phones. The latest salvo comes from LG in the form of their 8-megapixel touting KC-910. Jeremy Newing, LG's UK head of marketing claims that there is little reason why a camera phone cannot take over the traditional role of a point-and-shoot camera. The KC-910 also has up to 16x digital zoom, provided by Schneider-Kreuznach, but no optical zoom.
Which this is the now, future mobile phones will offer double-digit megapixel capabilities through their cameras, as also HD video recording capability, video and photo editing features, Dolby sound, and DivX compatibility.
The LG KC-910 has a 8MP camera, a 3-inch TFT touchscreen display with 240x400 resolution, a Schneider-Kreuznach lens, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, video recording and Xenon flash. It is expected to be released in October.
