HCL Infosystems has announced its latest initiative to create highly skilled IT professionals across the country.
HCL Infosystems has announced its latest initiative to create highly skilled IT professionals across the country.
Under this initiative, the company would offer hardware and networking career development courses at its career development centers (CDCs) in association with state technical schools like industrial training institutes (ITIs).
It is learnt that HCL CDCs provide specially designed courses in high-end software, hardware and networking integration to groom students into industry-ready professionals. HCL CDCs also offer placement support to all their students who excel in their academics and display a remarkable performance during the course.
According to Rajendra Kumar, Executive Vice President, HCL Infosystems, the IT boom in India has caused a severe shortage of high-skilled ICT engineers. With HCL CDCs, they hope to play a leadership role in enlarging the talent pool available to organizations deploying IT in India.
HCL also stated that it plans to set up 100 HCL CDCs across the country in the next 12 to 15 months.
S T M Eswar, Head, HCL CDC, said that HCL CDC courses have been designed keeping in mind the specific needs of modern day organizations. Their mission is to transform their students into industry-ready professionals who are ready to take on enterprise-wide IT deployment and integration assignments from the day one, without the need for any further training by their prospective employers.
Eswar also added that HCL is offering a three-months full-time and one-year part-time course, titled HCL Certified Network Engineer (HCNE). The course involves 7 modules, 21 projects and 70 online tests as part of the academic curriculum.
Meanwhile, the company has plans for introducing short-term modular courses to enhance skills of working professionals, who aspire for faster growth in their respective careers.

Hi All, I read the all of comments and feel that such proples saying for HCL CDC is not good in other state. This is true If you are learning without IT City than u can get different kind of problems so better to take right decision with capybility while everything depend by ourself and if we know our positive or negative than don't do like which I saw here. If you want become as Network or Windows or Unix than switch to Hi Tech City where u can learn new technology with environment and fee's also reduce than all state. HCL CDC is nothing but a place of fraud , I joined HCL CDC KOLKATA for a SOFTWARE ENGINEERING course , they charged me 55000 thousand rupees for that , I was promised to get placement interviews , still after one year nobody of HCL CDC has yet recieved a placement interview , we have completed the course without the course material , and still nobody has recieved a single certificate , management out there is nothing but strictly unprofessional ............... if u want to save your money and built your carrer don't even think of joining HCL CDC .

PLZ pLZ don't ever think of joining HCL CDC.. i have done my HCNP(HCL certified network professional) and still i am not placed. They charge 52k for this bloody course and provide u a job of Tech Support. I am suffering like hell in Chennai... somebody plz raise a question against HCL CDC...they are taking away our hard earned money and leaving u on streets of unknown city where guys like me come to pursue their careers and land up nowhere. Be cautious and don't join it. more over they say that it is 3 months full time course and still the course is on. itz already over 4 months since i joined. classes not conducted properly and on top of that they Proudly announce that we are conducting interviews for tech support jobs. hcl cdc hissar(haaryana) centre is a gr8 bluff......please please dont join hcl cdc............... if u want to get good quality education then join sum reputed old institutes with better lab setup......there is no lab setup in hissar centre and they will not provide any placement....and the trainee are very worst quality...i can also teach them and make them prepare for cetification exmas........

Please don't join HCL CDC they are fooling students in the name of hcl. HCL CDC is completely playing with life of students. My friend joined dare and he is getting nothing execept the name....Before joining HCL CDC you should atleast ones ask the students studying over there.....

Yes, Priyanka you absolutely right. Before joining any istitutes specialy computer oriented, one should enquire it. Because the tendency of these insitutes and their faculty is to make mony on the name computer education. They are not concerned giving with real computer knowledge. Hello priyanka..............Let me introduce myself with you i working at HCL for the last few years and i do interaction with every student at the end of the day at kolkata CDC...as far as the expectation concerened from HCL we always taken care of that starting from imparting education to placement.........First i like to know from you what do you mean by "HCL CDC playing with life "and keep on advising student not HCL CDC..good going no issue on that.....i appreciate atleast you are investing some time on technology Really good.......

hello priyanka , you dosen,t know about HCL. I GOT TRAINING FROM HCL AND NOW I AM WORKING IN SWEEDEN FOR HCL.DON'T SPREAD SUCH RUMOURS BECAUSE IT DESTROY THE FUTURE OF STUDENT.HCL CDC IS A ONLY INSTT. WHO PRODUCE QUALITY AS WELL AS PLACEMENT.

Hi,raj , i am deepak from bhopal , and i also dissatisfied with this institute, named HCL CDC , they are not good for student career. CDC means Career Development Center. I request to change this name and give this name MOC means Money Oriented Centre.

HCL CDC is totally waste of time, money and knowledge, it provide knowlege at vast level not required at earily levels, no scope for jobs as compare to the fee and infrastructure . HCL CDC consist of poorand the worst managemetn people, they as useless people and only chargeing fees , all the worst in HCL CDC
