i'VE got a samsung vp-d33i pal digital video cam if you put cassette in the compartment it give sound and it does not go in and it reopen the door again on lcd it show and eject sigh and letter D ... if you don,t load cassette and you close the door it close.. some time it close with casette and work but most of the time with same casette or other it does not close the door it eject... where can i send for repair or what is the problem

I want to buy the tele zoom lens like 50-500 or 170-500 but at same rate i cn get the digital camera with good zoom . which is best for wild life digital camera zoom or zoom lens?
