Panasonic's Digital Cordless Phones

Designed in Japan, the cordless phones feature a backlit LCD, light-up indicator with ringer alert, digital speakerphone, navigator key, and voice enhancement technology.

Panasonic Asia Pacific has launched five 2.4 GHz Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) digital cordless phones, including the KX-TG3510BX, KX-TG3521BX, KX-TG3522BX, KX-TG3531BX, and KX-TG3532BX.

Designed in Japan, the cordless phones feature a backlit LCD, light-up indicator with ringer alert, digital speakerphone, navigator key, and voice enhancement technology.

Users can avail the intercom facility between handsets (except the basic KX-TG3510BX model). With the KX-TG3521BX and KX-TG3522BX, they can conduct three-way conference calls. The KX-TG3531BX and KX-TG3532BX even enable four-way conference calls, the company claims.

The cordless phones feature speed-dial and a built-in clock with alarm, and are fitted with 50-station caller ID memory and 50-name and number phone book. The Ni-MH battery offers a 5-hour talk time, 11-day standby time, and 7-hour recharge time.

According to Anil Rijhwani, country head of Panasonic Asia Pacific, the products not only look good but are feature-rich as well.

The new phones come in metallic black and silver colors, and are priced upwards of Rs 1,900, available through Panasonic's authorized dealer and distribution network.

Sir, I bought Panasonic cordless phone (Model: KX-TG2423BX) 2 years back. Now I have a problem with the handset battery, then I changed by new one which was duplicate battery. But still I have the same problem. Where can I get the original battery in or around coimbatore / Erode?

Do not use duplicate batteries as they are of no use. You will lose money. Contact a reliable cordless phone dealer to order an original HHR-P105 Ni-MH battery, even though it may be expensive.

different dealers quote different rates for your phones. For entry level cordless ID it is 965 to 1600 for the SAME MODEL. Why cant you print the maximum retail price (MRP)on the cartons? Are the dealers taking public for a ride, or is the manufacturer who is taking us for a ride?

I just learned about the Panasonic Kx-TG3521BX this afternoon while sourcing out from a mall. It says GIGARange.... i wonder how far is the distance the handset can be away from its base and still can catch signal and have clear sounds?

I second the idea of staying away from BEETEL phones even if it means u dont have a phone at all. I bought a beetel with base unit and separate handset. The phone went out of order twice during the 1 year warranty period and has not yet come back after I geave it to the dealer for Repairs some three months ago. If you still bet on a BEETEL, you may as well jump off the Everest, you will not die.

They should have made the base phone wired so that it can be used during power cuts. I wonder why a big co like Pana does not have people who think about what the consumer wants.

You are absloutly right. They should have taken care of the power cuts imposed in pan India. Betel is giving such phones why not Panasonic? Ifeel that their India partners are not aware of such thing and do not give quality feedback to them?

My son in USA ha purchased one Panasonic phone model no KX-TG5632M,S/N 6FAXB480996 Mode KX-TG563211,5.6 GHs. Very often it loses contact of the line an a message comes that bring the handset nearer the base. How do I get it repired. It was purchased about a year ago.

Dear Mr. Gupta, I'm am using few such pones. I appears that you need to reinstall the software. Softwares are available in Panasonic web sites though, however, you need to go to the nearest service centre to get it reloaded.

In south east asian countries like malaysia, singapore, thailand Panasonic has already launched cordless phones with colour display and at cheaper rates than those reviewed here. Wonder when they will launch those phones in India!!!

Panasonic does not found any other spectrum to use?? The hell is all the Wifi router uses the 2.4 Ghz spectrum(This spectrum is standerd for wifi router).. so future buyer.. be preprared for switching off or having a hell dtrom in ur home network.
