Electronic Arts (EA) and Crytek have announced that Crysis, one of this year's most awaited first person shooter titles, will hit the Indian retail circuit on November 16, 2007 (PC version). The game promises stunning DirectX 10 and DirectX 9 visuals, cunning game play, and an epic story, among others. Commenting on the game, Cevat Yerli, chief executive officer and president of Crytek, said, "Crytek is constantly striving to push the boundaries of both game design and technology, while maintaining quality at the highest bar. We're thankful to our fans for their support and patience, and we're excited to bring them Crysis this year. It's going to be worth the wait." Crysis holds the promise of giving gamers a lot of freedom. They would get to don Nanosuits and ferry around an arsenal of customizable weapons. This becomes necessary while waging battles against highly intelligent aliens on hostile battlefields ranging from lush tropical jungles to frozen landscapes to zero gravity environments. Besides, the game introduces 'PowerStruggle', an unique team-based strategic mode for up to 32 players, wherein opposing sides clash for control of advanced weaponry and vehicles to help overcome enemy lines. And for those with a yen for death matches, Crysis features an Instant Action Mode, with the Nanosuit serving as the ultimate weapon to outwit opponents. Does "Coming to India" means that I can get the Original Game exactly on Nov 16th? If that's the case, Where can I preorder it? Else, I'll be tempted to *cough*Download*Cough* it. Wish all the games are released in India on the Same International Date.
