Computex 08: 3 New Eee PC Iterations

It was at last year's Computex that the first Eee PC was launched. After a year, we now have the next iterations.
Fans of the Asus Eee PC have something more to be excited about! Exactly a year after the last Computex, Asus has unveiled three new and improved Eee PC models at the ongoing "Computex 2008" namely 901, 1000, and 1000(H).
The new iterations aim to empower users with more options. They offer a shock-proof solid-state drive (SSD) design, exclusive Super Hybrid Engine technology promising longer battery life up to seven to eight hours, exclusive Web storage, high-speed connectivity, and large displays, among other features. The new editions will run on both Windows and GNU Linux platforms.
Mobility being a key factor of an ultra mobile netbook, the new Eee PC range features SSD technology that aims to provide shock-proof, quiet, less heat-generating, energy-saving, and reliable -- computing.
Super Hybrid Engine technology provides 3 GUI modes that adjust CPU frequency, voltage, and LCD brightness to minimize system noise and power consumption to save up to 15 percent power, according to Asus. The 20GB Internet storage aims to make data back-ups simple and convenient.
The new Eee PCs feature large 8.9- to 10-inches displays. They pair built-in 1.3 mega pixels Web cams with high-speed wireless Internet connection capabilities. Asus claims their keyboards are 92 percent the size of those in generic notebooks. Overall, the new Eee PCs incorporate colorful infusion cover patterns that are inlaid into the chassis itself. The covers are also claimed to be extremely resilient.
The new Eee PCs are on display at the ongoing "Computex 2008".

all i can say is that these r very innovative products..the small 7 inch one had its pros n cons n now they r minimizing the coms...real awesome product at very nice prices..i bet the new model wont be greater than 25k in cost..

if u compare with MSI Model then MSI note book is too much better they having 80 gb hdd and 10" display with 512 RAM DDR2 so i think we can say this is complete note book, so guys lets go with MSI note book bez i allreday done all comparison.
