I think kid of dumb suing Apple inc. It should be Apple inc. TM Copyright there thing is i. iMac, ipod,iphones,itunes etc. Plus Apple been around longer than Cisco.

Excellent news--I hate to see energy wasted in legal battles. I just hope that Cisco gets something out of this vague arrangement. Clearly Apple was infringing on their trademark.
