"America is a democracy in every sense of the word"? This must definitely be a misprint. But firstly, let's consider whether it's democratic to allow it's citizens to view pornographic material liberally. Is this what democracy is? Secondly, how can America be a democracy when Bush is the President but had the least number of votes?

Only One question-- Where is India ??? for a population of 1.1 Billion- how many Indians have net access ?? & more than Net access- what quality of net access ? With Babus of BSNL/MTNL running the net access in India- we can only lag behind!! Govt should stop patting its own back for some success achieved by the Indian Business ( despite the government) & get on with building infrastructure like access to Internet!!
