A Blu-ray HD DVD player would be the perfect accessory to get consumers going with their digital lives.
Buffalo has announced the launch of MediaStation Blu-ray HD DVD (BRHC-6316U2), claimed to be the company's first external Blu-ray HD DVD player.
The device allows users to read, write, and play Blu-ray content. It can also connect the player to a notebook or any other mobile device via USB to enable usage while on the go. It comes with Nero's software for playback and burning, which allows for seamless integration with all recent versions of Microsoft Windows.
Indian consumers would love to infuse either high-definition or Blu-ray content into their digital lives. A Blu-ray HD DVD player would be the perfect accessory to get them going. However, the majority of consumers would feel the pinch when it comes to coughing up over 40k for a device like this.
Buffalo's MediaStation Blu-ray HD DVD (BRHC-6316U2) carries an expensive price tag -- Rs 45,000, and is expected next month. It comes with limited one-year warranty and toll-free technical support.
