Asus has launched it's G1S gaming notebook with Intel Centrino Duo Mobile technology, which according to the company, will revolutionize the way games are played -- with blistering speeds and true-to-life video and audio performance on-the-go.
The 15.4-inch wide-screen notebook carries design details inside out, including an OLED instant display, side/front speakers, hotkey highlights, and direct flash sidelights.
The LCD cover with special in-mold decoration design gives the NB a special identity and makes the surface more resistant.

very informative indeed! No information on the main specs--proc, graphics, ram, etc.

ASUS products are always overpriced. I think the Dell Inspiron - Duo Core, 1 GB DDR2 667, GeForce 8600 GS, 15.4" (I think) WScreen, etc. for around 48K is more than adequate... There is another "super-model" XPS for around 70 or so... As of now, these are the BEST BUYS.
