The slimmest phone to offer an 8MP camera
Soon after the Samsung Pixon M8800 was silently announced to compete with LG KC910, LG has confirmed yet another 8 megapixel phone -- the KC780. In this megapixel race, the KC780 will be the slimmest slider, and will of course compete with the Samsung M8800.
The KC780 may offer quad-band GSM support and the camera is expected to offer red-eye reduction, autofocus, face-recognition and video recording at 30 FPS. However nothing can be guaranteed until official specifications are announced.
Later today, LG plans to announce their touchscreen handset that they claim will be more affordable than other touchscreen phones. So stay tuned as we'll bring you updates as more develops.
