This is cool trick I often use while writing articles. If you often see yourself using certain specific colours to bring attention to certain words and sections, you'll love this.
Often, in our role as typists, we don't like to lift our hands while furiously beating upon the keys. Microsoft has realised this, and has provided a wonderful feature that helps us typists to continue beating upon the keys (and not use the mouse). The option is called Customize Keyboard, which allows for tailoring keyboard shortcuts to one's liking. Here's how you do it
1. Go to Tools | Customize, then click on the Commands tab.
2. Click the Keyboard button below.
3. Under the Categories box, we want to go to All Commands; for that, click on File and hit A on the keyboard to run down to All Commands quickly.
4. On the right Commands column, hit CO on the keyboard to quickly get Color: as the option.
5. Now assuming you wanted to assign Red to a keyboard shortcut, click on Auto in the drop-down menu and scroll down to Red -- and select it.
You sure cannot export the autocorrect options, but you can surely carry it around when switching computers... i simply copy the entire folder C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft and replace it in a new system.. just be sure to close MS Word before replacing the folder... there.. its done.. now open word and u have the autocorrect entries from your old system....
BTW.. IF U THINK 2003 IS A DINOSAUR.. I PERSONALLY LIKE 2000.. wot wud u call it... ;)

Office 2003 may be a dinosaur, but it is much more stable and usable than the not-so-new mutant on the block--office 2007
