Supposedly with a 3.2 megapixel digital camera and 466MB of memory.
Fresh scoop for Sony Ericsson zealots out there, if Moto's got the E3 in the works. SE already has a successor to the K750i as well. The K800i will supposedly up the ante with a 3.2 megapixel digital camera, a high resolution QVGA (240x320) LCD screen, the latest Bluetooth 2.0, EDGE/UMTS support and - the best part of them all - a gargantuan 466MB of internal memory. Most of you, even the media hungry types, probably won't need to buy a memory stick for this phone! No idea when its coming out, though...

Hi, Finally got it and love it! just added a 1 GB micro card (For the Music) works great as a MP3 player. Photographs are quite good. (3.2 megapixel digital camera). Price around 20K but i'm sure the price will fall soon. Regards Devesh Sahney

K800i is an excellent phone. I just got it 5 days back and it works like a charm. CAMERA, UMTS (3G) speed internet and VIDEO recording, plus great pixel quality...all sums up to 1 great phone! I use it in USA.

It'll be the best phone SE has made! The only big minus is that K800 has only 262144 colours. I prefer Nokia N91 or better N92 instead of K800!!!!!!!!!!

You can see the cover for the Memory Stick on the left, at the bottom. Looks just the K750i there, so I'll assume it's Duo, rather than Micro. I reckon that's good.

Oh my God!! Are you people completely dumb? The phone HAS a memory card slot (hopefully M2), the phone HAS edge, the phone HAS 3g (see the camera?!)!! SE replaced the joystick because they tend to break after 4 months or so of use, any more than that & you're lucky. K800 looks great, can't wait to see if the new UI will be on it.

I doubt the Price will go as high as 25k... w800i comes at around 25k, but that's cause it's Walkman phone, comes with high-end Headphones and 512mb Memory stick. I bought k750i at around 17k.. this should be around 20-21K.

With 3.2 megapixel camera it shud cost a bomb. I dont think it will cost less than 30k.Thats is too high for a phone not having 3G and other essential features like edge.

This phone won't hit the market at least till july in India.But in march SE will be launching W850i. It's basically w800i but in black(looks coool!), edge support and some other tweaks. They've replaced the joystick with a nav pad(i wonder why). It would be available for Rs 26000 approx.
