Bullzip PDF Printer is a freeware utility for Microsoft Windows, which lets you create PDF files, from just about anything you can print. This application installs a virtual printer, which gets this job done. While it is free for personal use, it can also be commercially used by up to 10 users. The good thing about this program is that it does not have any advertising or pop-ups. Both seem to have similar features at first glance, but I cannot comment further because I have not used PDFCreator
