If you want the cheap way out, then there is this company Innovate that is offereing a seven-inch photo frame that supports all the standard video and audio formats like MP3, MPEG4 and  JPEG. It comes with a  memory card, a remote control and a frame color of your choice. This one is priced at Rs.3,700 with a one-year warranty. 

The Transcend T.Photo 710 is a similar seven-inch frame but with a much better looking bezel and many more  features. It has built-in stereo speakers, transiti effects, provision for USB and SD/SDHC/MMC/MS/CF memory cards. There is built-in 1GB of memory, so you don't need an extra card. You can get it on ebay for Rs.4,500 and there is a similar offering from YES as well.

 
Finally we have the Kodak SV811 that's little on the expensive side at Rs.7000 because of its eight-inch screen. The rest of the features are pretty much similar, so it all depends on how deep your love actually is (or in this case, your pocket!).
